Well here is the construction pics from ground up.

Construction going good (over several months):

Then the contractor had some problems and stopped working, even though he had been paid. Few months go by and the court system is SLOW. Pick up new crew to continute work while waiting for the funds.

The courts are still dragging their feet, so we chose to save on rent, hold out until another source of funds panned out, and move (this also allows Sarah to go to school on time and not have to be withdrawn mid-term)
